Hardy Window Company was one of three companies that provided me with a window replacement estimate. Casey Hardy was our sales representative and his quote was considerably less than the other two companies. From quote to job completion, it took less than one month. This company was professional, prompt, efficient, clean, and took great care to protect my home while they worked. They replaced 29 windows and it only took a day and a half. The first day the crew arrived by 7:45 a.m. and by 4:00 p.m., they had all of the new windows installed. On day two, they trimmed all of the windows, cleaned them, inspected them, and made sure I knew how to operate them.
I was very impressed with Hardy Window Company and would highly recommend this company to anyone interested in window replacement.

We went into the showroom first and met with Dirk. He was able to give us a showroom discount. He was very helpful through the whole process and patiently answered all our questions. We got great windows for a price another company wanted charge us $2500 more to install. The installers were clean and courteous.One of the windows was ordered improperly (not tempered) and the problem was fixed with no hassle, just a couple weeks wait for the new glass to come in. I love my new windows! We have been using the ac a lot less and feel it was a good purchase. I’d recommend them.
Sales staff (Robert) was helpful and answered all our questions. The showroom was great. The installers took off our security bars and replaced them on the same day as requested. Although there were expected issues with the install (it is an old house), the lead listened and resolved the problems- even getting extra help to finish in one day. The windows look great.
It took pretty much the whole day to do it but they did a great job. We were well pleased with them and would recommend them to anyone looking for quality windows.

They were very professional and knowledgeable. They did a fantastic job with my retrofit windows and the jam and casing is beautiful. They showed up when they said and got the job done fast. Also I did a lot a research with a lot of different companies and the hands down had the best price. I even had a good friend in the construction business and the beat his price significantly. Great company, great prices, and great work.
I was so impressed by the honesty and efficiency of Tony at Hardy Windows. I have a listing in San Clemente, and the huge picture window that looks out to the ocean has condensation blocking the view – terrible for the property value! I called Hardy to come measure and quote a replacement.
Tony was able to give me a quick quote via email, and then he offered to go out and re-check my measurements to ensure we were ordering the right size window.
I’m so glad he did, because when he went out there he found that the window was covered by warranty, and was even kind enough to give me the number to the manufacturer. He could have totally just replaced the window for a fee like I asked, but he was kind and honest enough to offer an even better solution saving my client hundreds of dollars 🙂

Hardy did all of our windows and sliding door. We received multiple bids when doing the project and chose Hardy after visiting their showroom, which was incredible. Their price was competitive but their service was even better and we were very pleased. I’ve referred them to a few friends already! Hardy will not do you wrong if you need any windows or doors done.
Look no further for professional windows services! We had all the windows done in our home. They finished the job quickly and cleaned up after themselves spotless. We couldn’t be happier. The Staff is very professional and courteous and did a wonderful job. We definitely recommend them to everyone that needs windows done in their homes.

i started out skeptical of hardy windows because of the yelp reviews, but decided to go with them because of a coworker recommendation and after getting the quote from Haedon. Haedon was upfront with pricing unlike some of the other window quotes we received and the quality of windows is much better than home depot, Lowes, or milgard. hardy windows was also cheaper than most of these competitors for a much better product. install was quick, Freddy and his team did a great job, laid tarps everywhere, cleaned up after doing all of the work and didn’t steal anything (that i can tell 🙂 ). the only hiccup was that one of my windows was sized incorrectly so they had to come back 3 weeks later and do the replacement then. happy with the windows and service received.
We recently had 5 Milgard windows installed, including a large slider. Hayden Hardy was very responsive to my initial request for a quote and came out the same day. He reviewed everything multiple times because there were some special needs on some of the windows. We had a smooth time scheduling the installation, however there was a problem with scheduling on the day of the installation so they arrived quite a bit later than expected. They stayed late to ensure that the installation would be complete on that day. We had a couple of things that needed to be corrected after installation (a tear in a screen and some caulking that was pulling back). They sent someone out reasonably quickly to repair these. I am pleased with my new windows, they look great!
After reading some of the reviews, I was a little skeptical when I ordered my windows from Hardy. I can’t speak for the other reviews, but my experience with Hardy was great. The Salesman came to my house, was polite and knowledgeable, measured accurately, and quoted me a competitive price. When my order arrived, The order was correct, and the installers on time. They worked quickly and neatly, were experienced and got the job done. No complaints on my part. Good Job Hardy!

Your wonderful crew installed our new windows, front entry door, and sliding patio door and we are extremely pleased with your company, service, product, and employees.
Your salesman, came to our home and was very professional. He was on time and explained the product to us to our satisfaction. We really appreciated the fact that he was upfront, honest, and not pushy. We had several salesmen come out from different window companies and we were the most impressed Hardy Windows.
Your foreman and his installation team were absolutely great! They wee all very neat, courteous, and friendly. We have little dogs (Shih Tzu’s) and the whole crew was very understanding about working around them and not letting them out!
We had a couple of small problems that we noticed after the installation and Ferdinand, your troubleshooter, came out and took care of them. Ferdinand was very efficient and very knowledgeable.
