Unfortunately, Hardy Window’s does not service projects that we did not originally install.
Per your contract, Hardy Windows has a one-year installation warranty. Service past the one-year mark ARE CHARGEABLE.

For service requests past our installation warranty, the following charges apply:
- $150 flat-rate travel charge
- $85/hour thereafter
- Cost of parts needed (i.e. locks)
For screen service, we suggest you contact a quality screening service based in Orange County as Hardy Windows does not service screen repairs or other related issues. We suggest the following companies:
